Recently, I became embroiled in events whereby I had to make a decision for change. I didn’t have any confidence in my own decision making. I was in the process of doing something I wasn’t convinced was the right thing. I wasn’t comfortable with what I was thinking. However, I felt I had to make a decision, and I wanted it to be in accordance with God’s will for my life, because I knew from past experience that decisions, I made without consulting Him led me down the wrong path, away from Him. They did not turn out well for me.
As I was pondering what to do while driving down the highway, the Spirit spoke with the answer, or at least pointed me in the right direction. Every human from time to time comes to a place whereby they need some kind of providence to be shown the “right” path. And the “right” path it is assumed, is the one that God wants for us.
I asked myself; “What steps do I have to take that will give me the peace that passes understanding that always comes with making the right decision?
My problem was I was in a relationship I was very uncomfortable with, and I felt something had to be done to alleviate the stress I was feeling. I was literally having stress attacks that caused my heart to beat very rapidly, over 200 beats per minute. This was the third time I got into for lack of a better term; a mess. Each time before I hadn’t sought God’s counsel through prayer, and each time the result was I became a stressful wreck, and I ended up in a place I didn’t want to be. Sound familiar?
The Spirit “said” to me; “What does the Bible teach about how to receive the correct answer?”
Step 1. Understand that God Almighty, The Lord of Spirits, has already seen what you’re going to do! God is omniscient the Bible declares. He is all knowing. He is Alfa and Omega. The first and the last, Declaring the end from the beginning. The fact that He knows the end from the beginning, means He knows all about my problem. He has ALREADY seen my life from beginning to end. He already knows what I’m going to do, say or think one way or the other. Let that sink in for a minute!
Additionally, He also knows how the person, or persons I’m dealing with what they are going to do, say or think.
As proof that God knows the end from the beginning, He appointed prophets to declare His word (recorded in the Bible), over thousands of years, at different times and places. He himself declared the first prophecy. It came true 4000 years later! There are about 2500 prophecies in the Bible. 2000 of them have come to pass. The odds of this happening by chance are incalculable. Ask any mathematician to calculate the odds of just 15 events given by 15 different individuals over thousands of years, that point to a future time where all of them come true! I say again, it is His truth He has revealed through prophecy, and we’re talking about not just 15 but 2000! With 500 more to go. These are the end time prophecies, and prophecies recorded in the Book of Revelation and Daniel.
Step 2. With humility of heart, go to Him in prayer and ask Him for the answer. Be specific. The Bible teaches, “You have not because you ask not, ask and you shall receive”. Knock, and the door will open to you. Seek and you will find. The only caveat is you must be in a right relationship with Him. David, the King of Israel, teaches in Psalms, “if I regard iniquity in my heart, God will not hear me.”
Step 3. Ask God for a specific sign(s). Not one that you desire, avoid that trap. Remember, God has seen your life, you haven’t. Your opinion, at best, is the only hope you have. Read the story of Gideon’s call and how he used a fleece to validate God’s answer.
Step 4. Be patient. The answer you receive may not be the one you desire; however, it will be the best answer.
Step 5. If you make a vow to follow the answer God gives you, make sure you pay your vow! The Bible teaches, it is better to not vow, than to vow and not keep it. God has no delight in fools!
What I am writing now is not new. Most Christians should have been taught these concepts in church. They may need to be reminded however, because we get caught up in life and forget that God is always there. He is omnipresent, everywhere all the time. Forget about trying to figure Him out. The Bible teaches His ways are past finding out. So, “Forget about it.” Just trust Him.
The reason I’m writing this is because on April 8, 2024, a solar eclipse will cross America over the path of a previous solar eclipse of 2017 that crossed America that will in effect form an X that “Crosses America off God’s map!”
God has been judging American since 9-11 when He removed the hedge of protection from American because of our sin. Think about what America has become since 9-11.
God wanted us to repent and change our behavior from the immorality, idolatry, corruption, and wickedness we were living. He warned us to know the avail. Many of America’s spiritual leaders saw the attack on the Twin Towers as a sign from God and warned as much, to know avail. Then Covid hit, another of God’s judgement, but we didn’t pay attention to that sign either. Now America has become more corrupt and wicked than ever before in our history. We have become like Sodom and Gomora; therefore, we have given Him no choice but to judge us and judge us is what He is doing.
The Judgement of God begins with the house of God, Christians, so get ready. America, a former Christian nation wanted its sin, so God gave us our choice. I’m telling you now, you are going to be faced with decisions you never in your life thought would happen. You’re going to be put into positions where seemingly there is no way out. However, never forget, with Him there is always a way out. The bible teaches, “many will be purged, purified and refined.” Therefore, we must expect to be purged, purified, and be refined to enter God’s Kingdom. Keep that in mind, our destiny is eternity with God in the Heavenly Jerusalem, not anywhere else.
The last days are here, we are about to enter the Tribulation. God is preparing His people in the way that only He can do. For Christians and Jews, the persecution has already started, however, it is going to get much worse. Mystery Babylon is here, God is going to destroy Mystery Babylon (the world) because of its immorality, murders, thefts, wickedness, and sorcery (witchcraft which means drug use and incantations of all kinds). In both the book of Daniel and Revelation we are told, many will be purged, purified, and refined. The word “many” refers to Christians and Jews. Those that take up the sword will parish by the sword, those who are destined for captivity, to captivity they go, and those who persevere will save their lives to the end. Know one knows what is to befall them, therefore, it makes sense to trust the One who does, Amen. We are not to fear but to be of a sound mind.
To reiterate, God know the end from the beginning, He has seen all of what’s coming. For those who belong to Him, our human and eternal destiny has already been determined. Meanwhile, amid all the coming calamity and abominations, we as His children must trust Him, because I can guarantee you, some will find themselves in situations where doing what they think will save them will be the wrong thing.
